FAQs about BODDY
No worries, you can reset it anytime by clicking "Forgot password?" on the login screen. If you don’t get the email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Yes! Any team members you’ve added and authorized under Settings > Team Members will be able to log in.
In the Schedule section of the dashboard, you can add new classes, cancel existing ones, or update their schedule whenever needed.
In the Bookings section, you can check all past, current, and future bookings. You’ll also be able to see any pending requests. Use the filters to find specific bookings more easily.
Head to the Bookings section and use the filters to view who attended and who didn’t. You’ll see a filter for no-shows there too.
The user just needs to check in using the BODDY app when they arrive at your gym. You don’t need to do anything else unless they ask for help.
In the Studio Profile section, you can update your details, upload photos, add or edit classes, turn walk-in access on or off, and set your opening hours.
They can either click on the “See My Profile” button at the top of your dashboard or go to www.boddy.travel. Your profile is always available there for users to check out anytime.
If your location is integrated with BODDY: Bookings are handled automatically through the app and will show up in your booking system just like any other, usually with a 'boddy' label. Users simply book and show up, so there’s nothing you need to confirm. Just remind them to check in through the app when they arrive.
If your location is not integrated with BODDY: Depending on what was agreed, the process can vary a bit. You’ll usually get an email asking you to confirm the booking in the dashboard. If you’ve given us access to your booking system (either user or admin access), we can handle this part for you. You’ll also see any pending bookings right on your dashboard homepage and in the Bookings section. Just make sure to remind users to check in through the app when they arrive.
For Walk-in or Open locations: No booking is necessary, unless previously agreed for specific times, which we will generally automatically confirm.Payments are automated to the nominated bank account each month, based on the number of visits provided.
